The $35 refund for Bungie breaking rules in the EULA.
I've been talking to people outside the forums and the game that Bungie is forced to give any and all players who bought the Season Pass a refund of $35 because they broke one of the rules in the EULA. This in turn would allow you to purchase TTK for $5 essentially as it's "supposedly" part of the Season Pass. This way you buy TTK and it comes with both Dark Below and House of Wolves DLC.
A few of these people I spoke already had their refunds credited to their account and in return they bought TTK. I personally can't touch most of the game now because everything is TTK related and I'm locked out from a good portion of the game I had paid for.
If this refund is still in effect, then I too want my refund. I mostly likely won't buy TKK either way because of how this business model is being executed. But at least I could get some money back since I own a not for resale copy of Destiny.

6 回覆You can get refunds for digital content. I got a refund for TDB & HOW. Just contact PSN or M$, ask for a refund under the premise of content previously paid for becoming irrelevant with TTK, which is truth. You may get a rep that doesnt want to help, be prepared to try again. The key is getting the rep to forward the claim to the refund dpt. After that, theres nothing you can do.

The user "Kweh" has posted other cases that give precedent to the notion that EULAs are not as rock solid as some of you might believe. 3 回覆The real issues I have is that so far destiny has cost me approx £120 ($185) With both expansions packs & now TTK. & a year slogging my guts trying to lvl my warlock up. I went into my GAME store only to find that you can purchase the whole game, (legendary edition) basically everything that I have got on my PS4. For the sum of......wait for it....... for only £54.99 ($86). How the hell is that fair. We basically purchased another expansion pack when we bought TTK. Not a new game we still playing the same destiny just different maps. Can bungie please explain how they valued their "DLC's" so expensive. They only took a couple of hours to complete. & why are we in the UK paying more than anyone else!!! I'll look forward to your reply! YOUNGFARLEY

3 回覆Let me break it down ok season pass means a yearly pass this is now year two -blam!- tard so a new seasons pass will need bought to make that cheaper do you know what for a six flags season pass is its a one year or while they're open during the year a pass to get in for the whole time they are open the old pass for destiny closed and the new season opens learn your shit -blam!- tard
