What will be the level cap? What will be the Light cap? Will they get their 3rd sub-class? Can they still be legendary gear? That is what i don't understand. Levels are strictly XP base (per bungie). Light level is gear. You buy the gear from factions. Is bungie going to lock players out of the faction? Wow already a dislike. Trolls much? I was asking for a friend. I probably have more experience than most Trolls here.
