Because the content is stale. People will start coming back when TTK drops. Then the population will decline again.
If TTK is as bad as the last dlc a lot more people will stop playing.

I agree TTK is either going to turn things around or be the decider for folks to give up for good. I'm actually going to wait as there's other games coming out that are higher on my list. Plus I start saving for the holidays this time of year since i don't want to be 3 grand in the hole on the credit card again like last year lol
