None of you should be excited and none of you should buy the game. If you do then developers will all start selling demos for $40.

由SoulEatinFool編輯: 8/10/2015 8:51:03 PMWell we can rest assured knowing Konami won't be making anything worth buying ever again. The reason Konami did that was to try to make back some of the 80 million dollars it cost to develop Phantom Pain. Konami is arguably the worst publisher out there.

由SoulEatinFool編輯: 8/10/2015 8:57:07 PMYeah.. Konami is dead to me now. I like to hope that Kojima and Deltorro(?) will do something either on their own or with another publisher. Either way I'm pretty hopeful that Kojima will still make some games in the future. I believe I heard a rumor of the two wanting to make a game similar to what Silent Hills was going to be.

I heard rumors that Xbox wanted to work with Kojima on it but I guess that was just a rumor. I hope they can atleast work the mechanics and style into a game even if it doesn't fall into the silent hills franchise. Would just be nice to get out of the jumpscare horror genre for a change.

由SoulEatinFool編輯: 8/10/2015 9:02:17 PMYeah. PT was freaky in a way that all of these recent indie jumpscare games just can't imitate. A man who can make games (or demos) like that knows psychological horror well enough to make one hell of a game.

Ground Zeroes was in development about a year before Phantom Pain began. And shouldn't it be the other way around with Ground Zeroes to Phantom Pain? Most longtime fans will be buying TPP due to it being the last good MGS game, newcomers are just getting on the bandwagon.

Kojima might have made it but Konami has made it to where know credit can be given to him because the company took his name off the game entirely. I'm gonna he tried to leave Konami to focus somewhere else and the company freaked out. Would explain why a lot of weird and terrible things are occurring at Konami now. Feel bad for Kojima and the other employees.
