exotic weapons - dual hand cannon
I propose to create a secondary hand cannon
Name: 2 for 3
Type: Exotic dual hand cannon (like hitman)
Description: "while there will remain..."
Design: skin like "the truth".
Attributes: Solar damage
Scope Upgrades:
Field Choke
lucky bullets
Explosive Rounds
Initial Upgrade:
Full Auto
Secondary Upgrades:
bullet tracking
Field Scout
Lightweight
Exotic Upgrade:
With each series of 3 kills you have a bonus of 50% that increase your "super"

Bullet tracking wont work cuz the projectiles are hitscan. even IF they weren't (like the vestian dynasty) tracking bullets would be a little OP Also, If this is anything like Last Word I will burn this thread (basically no fan fire or hip fire damage bonus)
