Isn't that crazy? ^
I've been arguing with this guy in #Destiny over sniper montages and YouTube being an actual job. The man makes sniping videos himself and tells me making YouTube vids is an actual job.

1 回覆I would say yes, I get paid around 4440$ per month with my channel (me and my brother have a channel about Rubik's cubes) i share the half with my brother and we buy games and stuff with it, the better part is that you don't have to leave home and you gain more than your parents

27 回覆由savage coco編輯: 8/1/2015 7:23:19 PMIt depends. Those estimate sites aren't very accurate. Each YouTuber makes a different amount because they're not all partnered with the same group. It also depends on who they're sponsored with. They don't make as much as everyone thinks, people just try to pick a number, no YouTuber is allowed to say how much they make. It's in their contract

3 回覆You actually do get paid if you get a lot of likes or views or something like that........

1 回覆It is a job and it does have a good impact on society Even though pewdiepie might be annoying to a lot of people, cusses, and plays lots of things kids probably shouldn't be watching, he donates tons of money to charity
-
1 回覆Seeing how they put a lot of time and effort into what they do, I'd say it's a job. Most (if not all of them) happen to love what they do though.

2 回覆由Lance編輯: 8/2/2015 4:57:48 PMAsk PewDiePie or any other popular YouTube channel, those guys are -blam!-ing loaded. If it's not a real job, you can call it a "hobby" that pays your bills, puts food on your table, and leaves you with extra spending money. But, you know, there are the people who really do only use it as a hobby. Cr1tikal(or however you spell that) just only recently started taking a percentage of his income from YouTube for himself because he fell on hard times. Prior to that, it all went to charity.
