If you make the same analogy except instead of saying IPhone, you say tree. The analogy doesn't work. Why? Because trees do occur naturally, trees don't have evidence that they are made by a creator. Brava! Your analogy was well put I have to say. The thing I have a hard time understanding is this. How did the very first forms of life came to be? For example, the dinosaurs or a bug. I'm not very sure on this but has earth always been habitable?
