Thorn only got a buff in PvE and it deserved that. And the stack doesn't matter cause to get its poison to its original damage, you need to shot a guy 3 times and they'd already be dead in those shots anyway. Plus all hand cannons got a nerf. I personally hated the thorn and didn't care if they nerfed the damn thing to oblivion but I'm impressed about how they handled it. Now the PVE weapons such as black hammer, ice breaker and Gjallarhorn... That's a different story...
