You're utterly delusional in thinking that public opinion has no sway. Bungie already went into crisis control after E3 due to public disapproval. While pricing isn't likely to drop in the US i can see it dropping in foreign markets.

Has bungie changed their prices at all since this "pr disaster"? Nope, and they won't. Too many preorders have been sold. All they can do now is just add more "extra" content that probably would've been there already in TTK. You do realize that this is common practice amongst businesses right? Apple does the same thing with their products. I never said it was right, but complaining about common practices is just a wasted effort that could be directed towards something more meaningful.

Did any of the pricing change? Nope, all they did was give people a way to spend more money by upgrading their initial $40 purchase. If you can't understand that bungie won with this whole "PR disaster" then i don't know where to start. People crying instead of just not buying it allowed and will continue to allow bungie to make more money doing this in the future. So keep thinking it "worked". All I see is a group of people spending an additional $20 per download while barely gaining anything.

The point of the matter is, bungie doesn't care what you have to say. They're not interested in selling TTK to you, they've already counted your money and cashed your check. They're trying to sell it to the rest of us. If they find what they've offered as being undesirable they will change it. The only people that should sit down and shut up are you and the rest of the fanboys whom no one really cares about.

Nah not really. Not when the collector's edition physical copy is being sold out in gamestop's. I tried to buy mine the other day and couldn't because they were sold out for the time being. So no, bungie doesn't care because people are buying it and selling out already. I ended up digitally preordering mine.
