I am unaware of what causes error code Olive, or what exactly you mean by "back", but if you could please provide me with information I may be able to come to a conclusion.
I have volunteered to assist Bungie in responding to questions and providing feedback. I am not a Bungie official, and am in no way affiliated with them. I claim full responsibility for any inaccuracy on my behalf.

I thought that the error code Olive was patched in a recent update (which I may have been mistaken) or at least I haven't heard of it for a while. The only info that may be relevant is that all players in the game were shown as having poor connection to the game in the roster, and that my game briefly froze before I and the rest of my team was forced out. Thanks for the interest though :)
