It´s a cellphone app like Messenger or ICQ, where you phone number is your automatic login, and everyone that is already on your phonebook is automatically added if they use Whatsapp too. Oh, it's sort of like Line App. Some of the DoD use that as well. But I've found between the Wall and Line App and several other apps to try to form teams was in-cohesive. Seems like most of the guys here use the wall or post on the forum if the raid date is further on the calendar.
