Me and a friend had the cool idea of The Stranger being a vendor in the tower, coming at random times at random places. She sells The Strangers rifle at rank 2, and at rank 4 she can upgrade it to an exotic, I dont know an good name for it yet. (maybe something like The Nine Pulses would be cool). It is like the strangers rifle, but it does 365 arc damage and it has a special perk (dont know the name of that perk either) that has a high chance of returning missed shots to the magazine and a chance to stun your enemies.
