Regardless of whether or not the Ashes to Assets perk works correctly, I find it odd that Bungie would use the word "replenishes" in the description. Take a look at this and notice that "replenish" usually refers to something being re-filled or topped off. re·plen·ish rəˈpleniSH/ verb fill (something) up again.
