I want to find a bloody vault boy puppet near an old abandoned unnamed vault that can be equipped as a melee weapon and it is the statistical best melee weapon in the game ;)

If you care about the lore Bethesda puts into their games, then those people would die over this kinda thing. The better part of it should be to allow the Vault Boy puppet to be a melee weapon that deals extra damage to limbs.
