What penalties mate? If you do not report someone 1000 times on PSN nothing happens. And that has to be based on racism or something related to community standards, not game-related.

There's quitters in all games. At least Destiny has a Join In Progress system for PvP and even the weekly strikes (not Nightfalls, however). The only penalty is really in Iron Banner right now, where quitters lose out on rep.

On Halo you were losing consistent XP. Penalties should be severe. You can't have 3 morons quit in the middle of the game because it's not going as well as they hoped and leave the 3 remaining to fend for themselves.

Yeah, but what other than locking them from getting rep for a certain amount of games, what can you do? Can't just steal XP like you could in Halo. Fifteen minute matchmaking ban could work, I suppose.

i can honnestly say i get sick and rage quit when im on a losing team yet my k/d is 3+ and i have 6+ captures, also when i get put in a game in progress which is losing by 5000 points. if they made a decent matchmaking system far more people would stay in the match, and a voting system for next level choice. a lot of people leave because they dont like a map but destiny think you should play every crappy map aswell as the ones you like

I don't really blame you for that, it's frustrating. And a voting system would be nice as well. I do think all maps should have a chance to be played, however.
