Weapons of light does not affect grenades and horseshoes rocket launchers (gjallarhorn, truth, etc.) Weapons of light increases on the impact of the rocket, and with grenades and horseshoes, the rocket does not hit the target on impact, but explodes on proximity.

I have not heard that. I know it doesn't boost super damage, or damage from any other ability (grenades/melees etc.) I will do some research and find out. *Edit* you are correct. Guess the plan still needs some work. *Turns back to the drawing board mumbling about blessing of light on the first bubble, and weapons on the second.
