See, it's common sense to people, even if they never fired a weapon, that the bullet, chamber, and barrel will be lined up. How could this be such an oversight. Also there are SO many flaws (which you stated in detail and swift grace) that almost ruin weapons for me. I won't use scout rifles because they look stupid and have a magic magazine. None of the magazines even feed into the guns. They stop right where they enter. How does the round reach the chamber?!?
