Nah, not needed for this game is not a real mmo so does not need game code space wasted by more stupid dances.

I agree that it's not the only purpose of the game, but it would be fun/nice to have something else to win in the game, and dances, or gestures, or spoof weapons/armor would be a nice touch. But that's just my take on it.
