First off, I don't know if this is the right place to post this question. I was curious if I would still be able to get class items from TDB after HoW drops. I've got my mind set on getting "Incandescent Mind", but I don't think I'll be able to reach Rank 2 Vanguard by Tuesday, so will I be able to get it from a legendary engram/faction package?
