I don't want to speed run anything especially since it would be my first time doing that DLC. However, if I could get the bone fist simply for the satisfaction of using it in PVP that would be very nice. Right now though, the Ivory King DLC is what I'm making my way through.

That's where you get it. It's at the end of the path from the first bonfire. You need to defeat the first boss though.
