crytarch won't decrypt
Whenever I get engrams the cryptarch will only decrypt 2 of them. I don't understand why. I've tried restarting destiny my xbox but nothing works.

Here's Bungie's response: [i]"All Legendary Engrams, as well as Rare Engrams, acquired from the new Fallen Public Event chests will not be recognized by the Cryptarch.
