Hand Cannon Perks
So I have been worried about my Red Hand IX for quite some time with its perks. I feel like I got a decent roll because I hate Hand Cannon reload times and I don't play much PvP. Can someone look at my Red Hand IX and give it a rating? It is on my Titan.
