So you're skilled enough to write code sophisticated enough to infiltrate other devices and lock them without a download... but not skilled enough to properly secure your router....
And your neighbors are skilled enough to somehow leech your WEP key.. repeatedly.. but not skilled enough to recognize your code or get around it.....
Am I missing something here....?

With WEP it's easy. You can use aircrackng with a couple other utilities and do it fairly easy. You send partial packets, and aircrackng will use the data relayed to crack the encryption. WPA2 is a different beast. Your best bet there is a dictionary attack in most cases. People aren't very original with their passwords on average; especially where their wifi is concerned. WEP is a much simpler form of encryption. If your wifi is set up to use WEP, you're pretty much asking to be hacked.

Late but he had his pw written down on a sheet in his own home The neighbors took it when they were invited guests one time He noticed someone streaming something slowing down his speed He checked and found it was his neighbors He confronted them about it and changed the pw. When he was out of town, the neighbors he originally had watching his house left it in the care of the wifi thieves They found his pw sheet again and so that's why he went to that length
