Cannot play and it was my birthday! been 3 weeks

Hi again guys. I would just like to say that I have done EVERYTHING possible to play my game. it has been 3 weeks since I could play my game. NOT EVEN ON MY BIRTHDAY COULD I PLAY!!! How bogus is that?!? OYSTER is all I get when I try to launch. reset router and xbox hard lined in kicked EVERYONE else in my house off the network deleted and re-downloaded my profile deleted my hard drive data and now can NOT even download that played other games over the network on live my brothers xbox is fine (we have two xbox 360's and xb1) deleted a bunch of save data on hard drive to make sure enough space was on hard drive (99GB free) PLEASE!!! I am begging for help at this point. Is there anyway I can talk to a REAL person... maybe over the phone? Can you reset my profile to when I was able to last log in (3-7-15) since I won't be loosing anything from not being able to log in. EDIT: Managed to fix it with this past update. Didn't do anything different. Just tried to launch the game again. Failed. Tried one more time for sh*ts n giggles and BAM! it worked! Now I can play with my friends again.
