1) What Voidwalkers Exotics do you have? Voidfange Vestments would be a good go to.
2) Obviously, run Voidwalker
3) Play Control. Easiest mode to complete this bounty
4) What Void weapons do you have? You should be running all 3 slots with void weapons if possible. Corrective Measure is a fantastic heavy for this bounty.
5) Play at range, for the most part. Void snipers like Praedyth's Revenge are perfect for this play style and certain Control maps really promote this sort of play.

Of course there's a shotgun for sale at cruc QM but it requires rank 3. I'm not even rank 2. It takes me 4-5 days of 4-7 matches per night to complete 3 bounties for cruc so I have like 300 marks but my rank is way too low. I get All vanguard bounties done in about 30 min. I need to get better at the actual pvp play apparently before I ever have a shot of ever doing anything with crucible. So although help on the specific bounty is appreciated, it's rather pointless until I can actually survive in cruc long enough to start getting rep.

Running New Monarchy, Dead Orbit, or FWC and turning in Vanguard bounties counts for the respective faction. You can get rep for these factions by doing either Vanguard OR Crucible bounties. I am not entirely sure what sort of guns they are selling though.

I've got crap for void weapons. I'm not even at that stage yet. My best void is a leg sniper rifle. I've never once gotten a kill with a sniper rifle. All my exotics are sunsinger. All my weaps are solar damage or arc. I keep waiting for some sort of void heavy or primary but my next best is a blue fusion rifle with HORRIBLE recharge (pretty sure I've never achieved a kill with it, and wouldn't even if it hit because its only 242 dmg). What I'm understanding is I have to just get ridiculously lucky and HAPPEN to get a very specific RNG drop of void weapons in order to ever have a chance to get the only weapon I actually want? I've never even seen a void primary or heavy for sale in my entire time playing this game.

I would start raiding. Vault of Glass has a great Void LMG and Void Sniper. Atheon's Epilogue is a rather weak void primary, but void nonetheless. Crota's End could prove worthwhile if you manage the void shotgun off of a normal run.
