Nope, us bungie.net moderators earn Destiny gear just like everybody else. Through blood, sweat and RNG tears. To answer your other question, I am a member of a smaller raid group on bungie.net called Enrage Is Near. In fact, we just earned Flawless Raider a few nights ago! A tight-nit raid clan with friends that match my schedule has really helped for fun raids and quick loot. Can't recommend it enough.
