Fusion rifles need a larger spread or a reduction in charge time.
Pulse rifles need an impact increase and hand canons need a slower fire rate.
For all of these, only a mild 10% change, nothing drastic

I agree that the spread on the fusion rifle needs a rework so that at mid range its grouping is more or less bigger than 6ft across so a perfectly placed shot still has a good shot at killing its target, so it can fill the gap a bit between sniper and shotgun. Pulse rifles need to be harder hitting the impact needs to be higher. I would go as far as to say 2 bullets should hit just less than a single scout rifle shot, as controlling the recoil should be rewarding. Hand cannons could probably take a hit in range and an increase in firing speed. Making it punishing at close range but not a no land beyond equivalent as I currently use my hand cannon for(plus it has more ammo). Another note is that hand cannons generally have less than half the ammo of other high impact weapons, which is not a problem in PVP but many times I find myself without ammo much more often than with other guns. On that note No Land Beyond shouldn't have a lens flare as it doesn't have a lens, might take that out as the worst weapon in the game if it lost that lens flare. High rate of fire auto rifles are straight up useless as far as I can tell, the only use for them is to break them down, even in PVE I find that a 66 round clip does less damage than a couple rounds from a hand cannon or a few from a scout rifle. I feel like they are a remnant of the MMO idea of tanking as the number of bullets make you a big target but as there is no healing and defender shields are not up enough to use them as a tanking target in the raids.

What part of hand cannons are in an ideal place are you having trouble with? Hand cannons require steady aim and picking when to shoot. Just because someone has mastered a weapon doesn't mean they should be punished with an even lower fire rate.

People will get into a one on one where all they have to do it straffe and fire. The fire stability is so strong and impact so high that 2 or 3 straffe headshots are finishing. This game has so many corners, it's difficult to avoid them and the people who use them. And burn? Why is that in the game, when used properly it's impossible to not be killed by 2 shots.
