Some what. I feel myself sinking a bit lower each day and I hide it from my friends and family but it's not consuming me yet

Sometimes even if you dont want to hang. You should everyone needs people talked too and one day you might need a friend to talked too...neglect them too long you might find yourself without any friends....personally experience

Try your best not to dwell on past events. The bad ones that is. Don't let your sad emotions eat away at you. It will tear you apart. Serenity can only be found in happiness. Don't travel down a tempting path. It's dark there. Evil runs a mock and will control you. Be careful friend. Stay on the bright side of things and you'll do just fine.
