I would definitely keep that; Luck in the chamber may be the most desirable perk for a small mag - and the other two complement that with quick reloads. Flared magwell works with all reloads and outlaw with precision kills so you are covered both ways and may even get them to stack (not sure, haven't tried but I am sure that info is around if you search). This is a highly desirable combo for PVP.
