I also have the card despite not having the actual gun. Most people do. Doesn't mean it was a glitch of you not actually acquiring it. Some dead ghosts give exotic grimoire cards too

I didn't get anything from the weekly on 1/3 of my characters this week. Still can't figure that shit out. Def over it by now but had I been in need of coins I would have killed a baby seal.

that's harsh man, I know they probably wouldn't do anything, but you should tell bungie your situation and see if they can get it back to you. I would have thought it would have been with the postmaster cuz i remember one nightfall I did I received a weapon, but wasn't in my inventory and I wasn't full, thought I accidentally dismantled it, but turns out for some reason the postmaster was hanging onto it for me

I have no idea whether it is in fact a glitch, but I also have the Gjallarhorn grimoire card but no weapon to show for it. Same thing happened with the Last Word and I didn't get that weapon until I bought it from Xur last week. I just assumed maybe inspecting someone with one triggered it or something, I can't remember when the cards actually unlocked. It's interesting though, haven't had a gjallarhorn or last word drop for me ever. Edit: I also have the Red Death card too. I wouldn't think these would just randomly unlock unless you receive the weapon.
