I have spent my entire night playing with Randoms and just getting viciously -blam!-...
Just... brutally molested.

Lol go into the 'recruitment' section and find the tab for your console 'Iron Banner teams' they may be random but at least you can communicate important info with them - going to B flag, Golden Gun at A etc... Once I got into a full team, win / loss ration went to 90%
