Theoretically Xur can sell it. But that is as random as it dropping. There is no [i]guaranteed[/i] way of getting it.

Don't even get me started on Xur.. I've been saving up strange coins for that specific piece it's such a pain. And with all this talk of the game glitching out and people losing gear when they're left in the vault, I'm a little worried. Thanks man!
