Coming back to this after a day and that poll just doesn't look realistic from my experience. I usually see a sniper like every 3 games. Sometimes more often, but they usually switch to something else when their team can't hold their ground. You can't really snipe when your team can't hold their side and you're constantly getting flanked. On the other hand, if your team can hold their side, then a good sniper would really shine in the game. I'll be honest. I'm a CQC player and I don't like snipers. But I don't mind a good sniper on my team that can hold down a choke point.
