I found out that my first character that I made was supposed to receive the package but I deleted him not knowing of the postmaster rule. How was I supposed to know it would arrive there. I had never played Destiny before and I didn't even know a postmaster existed. I assumed that I would get it to start off with and all my characters would have it. I ended up receiving my other rewards but no tumbler when I made my second character. I have proof of purchase and everything. I know I should have received the item. Its not like Im claiming to have had a legendary engram in the mail and losing it. I can prove I own this special edition of the game and the expansion. Why can't Bungie give me the tumbler? They can check my inventory and special orders and see that I have not received one. Please help.
