Grenade launchers would be awesome also bow and arrow. What do you think?

3 回复I think golden gun would have been a cooler super as a bow and arrow. As for having archaic weapons like that in such a futuristic game...not a fan.

For those complaining about the effects on PvP, if you haven't noticed this game has quite a bit more mobility than all those shooters you are likely referencing. Grenade launchers in high mobility high ttk games are often outclassed and difficult to use in pvp. My vote is yes x10000 BC we need more weapon variety goddamnit.

I've been wondering for a while if they will add any more weapon classes. A grenade launcher would be cool as another heavy, though it would have to be 4-8 rounds and less damaging than a rocket per projectile - something like the Hawk MM-1 or Milkor MGL. A bonus would be the ability to choose different ammunition types - HEAT, HE, Sabot etc (whatever those would be called in Destiny) and potentially bounce certain types around corners. Would make a really cool area denial/assault weapon for PVP. Another idea I had for a heavy was something like the Barrett XM-109 - what is known as a 'payload rifle' - that is, a step up from an anti-matériel system, which launches a 25mm projectile at extreme range with the objective of defeating light armour. The Destiny version would be semi-automatic, but kick like a mule, so that the user would have to re-acquire their target down scope between rounds - it would offer a middle ground between a sniper rifle and a rocket launcher - high velocity, high range, heavy recoil, able to cause splash damage within a small range and around the same sort of direct damage as a grenade. Finally, what about a directed energy weapon similar to the fusion rifle, but instead of having a charge-up time, it would fire instantly (think Unreal Tournament Shock Rifle) and have a cool down after firing. The weapon would fire a concentrated beam over a few seconds, requiring the user to hold their aim on target to gain the full damage potential, and then some sort of heatsink and/or energy core would have to be quickly replaced in order to fire again - kind of like how machine guns have to have their barrels replaced after a few thousand rounds, but the energy released is so intense that this is required after each shot.
