This isn't new news at all OP.
A lot of us have gotten multiples just killing blades on patrol.
The only reason the DLC level was mentioned was because there is a guaranteed spawn 1 minute into the game, rather than waiting around for a random. And at first it did seem to have a higher Husk RNG rate than other Blades.

You vomited out the same info that is splattered all over the forums... On a post where j already said "I know what everyone else is saying" Therefore that's a pretty wise ass comment on your part... There are plenty other things I could say: can't read, didn't read, thanks for the redundant post, etc etc. instead you fell to the old wise ass label!! Take heart, you can get out of it!!
