I will agree with you on this. After playing through the new raid enough to learn the fights and some good strategies for them at this point while it's still possible, cheesing the bridge is just a faster option, much like the templar. As for the Crota Cheese, I'm on PS4...so we don't get that glitch where he stays on one knee. I don't particularly care for people who only learned how to cheese and not do it the right way, because honestly I like to keep fresh on my tactics and at least 1 raid a week I like to run through without cheesing....hard to do with randoms who don't know what they are doing.
Solid points made, good thread.
^^ Thumbs up
Thank you.
I don't personally cheese, but it doesn't bother me when people do. What bothers me is that two days after the TDB dropped, someone got in my group who had tons of the gear but had only done the bridge and crota glitch. It wouldn't even bother me so much if they didnt say things like " Yeah ive done this enough, I know what I'm doing" so we tell them to guard the low totem and they go "whats a totem?" then they walk away from it and we all wipe.
I think you should be able to bring friends into your raid for help, but they shouldn't be able to leave and retain that save and pass it on to other people who have never done the raid.
I know a couple people that cheesed crota before they ever even managed to get out of the dark zone. that's messed up.
