I am at level 26 and was just patrolling the moon to get some material for an upgrade, and just enjoying myself, when i got shot in back. I turned to find no one there so I waited for the second shot and traced it back to a young woman on a spire, way out in the distance. I got a voice message from her advising me that I was not welcome and to leave the area. I complied, but I was not aware that these strikes were limited to certain teams only...
