Yup, i was snipping the whole round on control due to a exotic bounty, and i ended up dead last and got the exotic auto rifle hard light. Good ol RNG

I got my first one around level 25, other people have gotten them earlier, but beware they are tough to do, so are easier to do than others, but they usually intitled you doing some pve stuff and pvp stuff to complete them
