Its good for revive support in strikes/nightfall.The invisibility perks let you cover a lot of ground safely. I've revived teammates behind a wall of enemies unscathed thanks to it.

Yeah invis is pretty useful for PvE, makes soloing nightfall strikes easy. PvP wise though it's crap, wouldn't call it invisibility at all.
