After activating "Time's Vengeance" in the fight against Atheon, I died to an exploding harpy (whatever they're called), I immediately used Radiance to get back up, and when I was up, my grenade cooldown was what it usually is without Radiance or "Time's Vengeance" active. The same thing happened again later, after a wipe. I think that the modifiers for Radiance and Time's Vengeance cancel each other out somehow. Can anyone else confirm having a similar experience?
