Did you even look at the pic? He got zero kills and one assist...and got 4 rewards including and exotic. Lol
Wasn't the talk before this game came out about how you would have a "epic" story to tell your friends about how you get awesome stuff?

It is epic..See watch this. Hey buddy i just died 50 times on crucible in one match and i accidently shot at someone and got assist. The game thought i was soooo bad at pvp it gave me an exotic weapon so i would have a better time killing the ground. Epic aint it?
