This seems made to be more difficult and confusing than need be I went to my bungie account and have all the known codes entered and accounted for so what ever you have going on here best of luck to ya

The shorthand version of it is that when you look at the "Code" labels for the individual redeemable items, they are also numbered.. And, according to those numbers, we have theoretical room for an additional 9 or 10 codes! (I don't know what codename the E3 code uses, so it may take up one of those missing numbers)
