A man on a wheel chair with no legs asked me for a dollar.
I went out for a walk and I was waiting at the crosswalk. A man on a wheel chair was waiting there, he didn't have any legs. He asked for a dollar. Did I?
A. Throw change on the ground and laugh as he struggled to get off his wheel chair to get the change?
or
B. Run to the gas station across the street, get $20 out of the ATM, go back and hand it to him?
