Why can't I gain any weight? I'm 5'11" and 148ish pounds. I eat a lot of food, both healthy and not. So wtf?

Don't worry about getting the pounds on. I may not know to much about fitness but muscle weighs more than fat so drink up them protein shakes and start lifting until your arms are marshmallows and you'll (surprisingly) gain weight. It worked for me
