You deserve what you work for. Somebody who focused through out school, spent 8-10 years in college, accumulated tremendous debt, then becomes a neurosurgeon should enjoy a better lifestyle than a somebody who just barely passed school and became a janitor.

I agree, but again, that's not a problem with the system itself I believe. What's with the accumulating tremendous debt part? ha If it were able to make it so that those who work harder balanced it out against those that do nothing, it could be better. They can work their hardest to get what they want, and as they get to that goal, their effort and money could in small amounts, if equally placed across the system, improve it for others. So what I'm saying is if a Millionaire gets rich and so forth, then puts some money into the pool, it could teach others to do it as well, then that pool gets displaced outwards to others, and that improves the standard of living for everyone.

But the ability to work something is the driving point of quality. Yeah, everybody could be given a job and everybody be paid equally but how will that give motivation to achieve the best standards? It would be knowledge that all you have to do is work for 8 hours, do the bare minimum and you get your fair share of the wealth. There's just no motivation with that and in turn it greatly sacrifices the quality of the work/product. Under the Soviet Union, everybody had a job and everybody got paid. However, all the products that were generated lack greatly in quality to the point of it having to be replaced constantly. This is the same with China which has the same system. People ask why does everything from China break. Well, the motivation factor of producing something of fantastic quality isn't present and that transforms into the final product. Under Capitalism, there is a motivation factor with work and that is money. The better and harder you work the higher chance you will get a raise or get noticed and be promoted. And what happens if somebody puts more effort into something? The amount of quality greatly increases.

I can understand that, why work harder in life if you're guaranteed to get something regardless of how hard you work for something? But I'm hoping someone can at least sympathize and understand that if humans were free of greed and corruption, and actually wanted to better their country for others, there would be at least a few people that would be willing to work harder to make things better for themselves. Seeing those people work harder, would in turn then make others work harder, and for both Communism and Capitalism, that makes it better for everyone hopefully. I would hope that that becomes obvious to a lot of people, but when people realize that they can fatten their own wallets and not need to help others, both systems fall apart regardless.
