Explain your motto.

You see, before I brutally murder my victims I like to scream as loud as I possibly can at them, like I'm screaming directly into their soul. While I do that, I want them to look back into my eyes and see the fire in my mind. It strikes terrible fear into their hearts before I end their lives, making the kill so much more satisfying. Or, you know, something like that.
