It is. I'm only getting 15 fps on my 7950 though. :/ I think it's just the game acting up or something, cause it's at 15 fps at low through uber settings, so I don't think the game is using all of my video card's horse power. I'm also Bitcoin mining in the background. Thought turning that off would fix it, but it didn't. :/ So besides that and some of the bugs (it's still in alpha), it's a great game.
