Why Doesnt the Covenant just deploy their troops at the ONI facility roof/back hangar if they were already open and completely undefended at the time? Why deploy them on a bridge and make the Covenant fight their way to the ONI facility if they just end up dropping troops off their anyways? ODST logic in a shell nut
