A good stencil is going to be your best bet.
If you wanted to try something different though. Check this out.
It didn't turn out great in that instructable, but I have seen it work great for other people.

由A 3 Legged Goat编辑: 5/3/2013 1:56:00 AMThat's a good question. I'd imagine the cases themselves are laser printed. I'll have to find out. Because again, this method is so much more cost effective. Printing the image is nothing, and I'd just need sandpaper, the acetone/xytol, and a resin or sealant of sorts to make it permanent. That shouldn't cost me more than US$50.

Also, that guide said Xytol, but a lot of them use a blender marker, which is like $2 at a craft store. If you get the marker though, check the ingredients in it. A lot of them are water based rather than whatever chemical it needs to have.

由A 3 Legged Goat编辑: 5/3/2013 2:40:22 AMMarker looks nice too. So I'll look more to see how to do the Swirl with this method. But that still leaves the buttons themselves, which will need to be dyed. I don't want them to look too opaque though, as they have to be soft and bright colors. So I'm wondering if that means I'll still need the airbrush.
